General Terms and Conditions - Annet Weelink Design B.V.

Article 1 General

1.1 Annet Weelink Design B.V. is registered in the Trade Register under number 80430856 and is located in Amsterdam.

1.2 All offers, orders and agreements of Annet Weelink Design B.V. these general terms and conditions apply.

1.3 By placing an order you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment conditions. Annet Weelink Design B.V. reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment conditions after the expiry of the term.

1.4 It is only possible to deviate from the provisions of these general terms and conditions if this has been expressly agreed in writing and in which case the other provisions of these general terms and conditions remain in full force.

Article 2 Delivery and returns

2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

2.2 Delivery will take place within the Netherlands within 2 to 8 working days. Unless stated otherwise on the website.

2.3 All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the aforementioned periods.

2.4. Any payments already made by the customer will be processed as soon as possible, but in any case within fourteen working days after Annet Weelink Design B.V. has received the request to terminate the agreement referred to in article 2.6, refunded to the customer's bank or giro account.

2.5. After the customer has received the article ordered by him / her, the customer has the right to within fourteen (14) days after receipt of this article, the underlying agreement with Annet Weelink Design B.V. to dissolve. The customer does not have to give a reason for this.

2.6. If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement in accordance with article

2.7. If the customer has already made some payments at the time when the customer concludes the agreement with Annet Weelink Design B.V. pursuant to article 2.5 of these general terms and conditions, Annet Weelink Design will make these payments within fourteen (14) working days after Annet Weelink Design B.V. has received the item returned by the customer, refund the customer. 2.8. Annet Weelink Design B.V. reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only part of the amount already paid, if it is suspected that the item has already been opened, used or by the

2.9. Article 3 Payment and shipping

3.1. All prices mentioned on the website are in euros and include statutory sales tax (VAT).

3.3 All prices on the website are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.

3.4 Orders are only shipped after they have been paid in advance. Payment is possible via iDeal, PayPal or Credit card.

3.5 For shipping within the Netherlands, Annet Weelink Design charges € 6.95 shipping costs for packages, above € 50 the order will be shipped free of charge.

3.6 For orders that can be sent as so-called letter post, adjusted shipping costs are charged.

3.7 After receipt of the payment, an order will be shipped within 3 working days.

3.8 All orders are shipped via PostNL, UPS or DHL, with parcel post you will receive a track & trace code.

3.9 If the buyer is not in the country of dispatch, the buyer is liable for any applicable sales tax or import duties.

Article 4 Privacy

Article 5 Guarantees

6.1. Quotations are without obligation, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.

6.2 Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by the customer, Annet Weelink Design B.V. reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within 3 working days after receipt of that acceptance.

6.3 Verbal commitments only bind Annet Weelink Design after they have been explicitly confirmed in writing.

Article 7 Agreement

7.1. An agreement between Annet Weelink Design B.V. and a customer is established after an order or assignment by Annet Weelink Design B.V. has been assessed for feasibility.

7.2 Annet Weelink Design B.V. reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without stating reasons or to accept them only on the condition that the shipment is made after payment in advance.

Article 8 Images and specifications

8.1 All images; photos, drawings, etc. and (technical) specifications; including information on weights, dimensions, colors, etc. on the website of Annet Weelink Design B.V. are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Article 9 Force majeure

Article 11 Complaints

14.2 Disputes arising from an agreement between Annet Weelink Design B.V. and customer, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Amsterdam district.
